Cancellation Policy
MSKNBAR operates by appointment only. Each booking reserves dedicated time and preparation for you. The following policies apply to all services. Punctuality • A 15 minute grace period is provided from your scheduled start time. • Clients arriving 15 minutes late may receive a shortened service to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. The full service fee applies. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation. Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-Shows • A no-show is defined as failure to attend an appointment without prior notice. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. • Outstanding fees must be paid in full before any future appointment can be booked.
